program is a program for those who want to have a career in nursing

that too in a relatively shorter period. There are many nursing schools

programs are especially designed for non-nursing graduates who want

to move into the nursing profession. It normally takes eighteen months

to complete this program.

Accelerated Nursing programsare broadly of two types they are either

available through master’s degree or baccalaureate degrees the learning

period does not exceed more than eighteen months where as a

complete mastered study takes about three years. One of the programs

available today is C-NAP. It stands for Capital Nursing Accelerated

Program and is designed for those who have completed a degree in a

be faster. These programs offer the quickest way to get a license as a

Registered Nurse (RN).and there curriculum is often intensive to so that

the course can be completed within a very short span of time. These

programs are mostly offered as BSN or MSN which stands for bachelors

of Science in nursing and masters of Science in nursing and takes

eighteen months and three years respectively.
